How long have you been in business?
Strouse was founded in 1986 in Finksburg, Maryland. We've since moved to Westminster, MD right next to the Carroll County Regional Airport.
What is your primary product or service?
Strouse converts adhesives, tapes, and other flexible materials and turns them into usable parts for just about every industry including medical, automotive, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Strouse is known to hold the tightest tolerances in our industry for cutting flexible materials. 3M turns to Strouse to handle the tough jobs, and the technology we've invested in over the years has improved our processes and repeatability.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Westminster, Maryland but serve customers all over the world. Due to our tight tolerance die cutting capabilities we are expanding our medical business and plan to add on to our existing building to meet demand for our services.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The President and CEO of Strouse is Sue Chambers.
What are your hours of operation?
Strouse operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
